  • The majority of our clients are based in metropolitan Sydney, with the occasional client based outside of metro Sydney. We do take into consideration your method of transportation and where you live, and we then try our best to accomodate our shifts to areas that are more convenient for you. However, we do pay remote allowances for certain shifts.

  • No, you do not need to drive. Although it is preferred as it means you are able to work readily in areas that are not local to you and on a short-notice.

  • Absolutely! We aim to build and support your journey as a student by working around your study schedule. The great thing about working with Solutions is the flexibility!

  • Definitely! Solutions health hires staff on a casual basis. This means that you can notify us on your availability and we can offer you shifts based on your work and personal schedule.

  • We hold our staff to a very high standard both in their work ethic and the way that they present themselves. We require all staff to wear our agency uniform along with an identification badge.

  • Definitely! Our team will support you throughout your aged care journey so that you can feel confident and competent when stepping into your role.

  • This is dependent on your role and how many years of experience you have. Solutions pays above award rates and has one of the most competitive RN and AIN rates in Sydney.

  • This is dependent on your schedule and your responsiveness to shift requests. If you are unresponsive or very late to reply to shift requests, the shift may be allocated to another staff member.

  • You can, however there are certain terms and conditions that apply to both you and the facility.
